The double room I stayed in was tidy and stunning. The staff were eager to help and provided helpful service as expected. The hotel's on-site parking was convenient. Its unbeatable location close to certain areas and attractions made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

During my stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I found the junior Olympic-size pool to be a fantastic amenity. After a long day of meetings, I enjoyed a refreshing swim to relax and unwind. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a great way to rejuvenate and recharge after a busy day.

The self-parking equipment never worked correctly.

Had brand-new, well-kept room that was clean & updated. The breakfast offered was large and warm with package booked and an omelette station and made to order omelettes, couldn't have asked for more.

The breakfast was excellent with basic continental food to start the day. The unit was huge, spotless, and had comfy beds.- The hotel's location is great, extremely close to everything including a 15-minute walk to an outdoor outlet mall.- It is a short walk to the Universal Studios parks with great staff and service, as well as Universal-shuttle bus stops.

The room was really comfy and pleasing to the eyes. The breakfast was decent, nothing to complain about. The staff were super helpful and provided great service with a smile 😊. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything.

This place offers a great variety of fresh meals, comfortable and clean rooms with a nice view, and an amazing location close to Universal Studios, Sea World, and top shopping centers.

The hotel's location is spot-on for Universal Parks; we strolled there every day without any hassle. The rooms were gigantic and the staff were so friendly and professional - they made the stay super pleasant. The only hiccup was the parking setup which could use a rethink, especially after a long day out at the parks - a minor inconvenience in an otherwise top-notch experience! 💫
